Appointment Confirmation & Alternative Suggestions:

In rare cases, scheduling conflicts may occur. I will then contact you with an alternative suggestion. I will respond to your booking within 48 hours at the latest (later on weekends/holidays).

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Booked appointments can be rescheduled/cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, the appointment will be forfeited.

Rescheduling by Barbara Valenti:

Should I have to reschedule for an important reason, I will offer you alternative dates as soon as possible.

Package duration & remaining time:

Packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. For coaching packages, I bill in 15-minute increments.

Remaining minutes are rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.

Delays:

Your delay will be carried over within the booked time; the appointment ends at the agreed time.

Confidentiality:

The content of our coaching sessions is confidential.

Recording:

You can record your appointment locally on your computer - please let me know at the beginning of the session. Recordings are for your private use only; sharing or publication is not permitted.

Preparation:

Please send me concise, accurate information in advance that is specific to your situation. Please do not send lengthy, uncurated AI output – I do not process such documents.
